Country Singer Brett Young to Perform at GW’s Lisner Auditorium

Brett Young, country music singer/songwriter from California, will bring his soulful vocals and impassioned lyrics to GW’s Lisner Auditorium. Mr. Young’s songs include the hits “Sleep Without You” and “In Case You Didn’t Know.” With three independent albums under his belt, Mr. Young is currently supporting Luke Bryan on his latest tour. His new self-titled album was released on Feb. 10.

Tickets go on sale to the public Feb. 14. Tickets for the show are $26. They may be purchased by calling GW Lisner’s box office at 202-994-6800, or by visiting spring2017.lisner.gwu.edu Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Lisner box office. Lisner box office hours are Monday – Friday, 10 a.m.– 6 p.m. Box office opens at 6 p.m. for will call and day of ticket sales, if available.

Brett Young’s style is derived from the self-discipline learned from years on the baseball field. A sentimental dreamer, Mr. Young has extensive songwriting credits, having his music appear on shows like “Chrisley Knows Best,” MTV’s “Real World” and “Kourtney and Kim Take New York.”
