Tax Season: GW Experts Available

Tax season is well underway, as Americans race against the clock to file personal income taxes before April 15. Forms, exemptions, loopholes and laws – George Washington University has experts on all angles of tax policy and preparation.

Karen B. Brown, Donald Phillip Rothschild Research Professor of Law, is an expert on taxation. She can comment on federal income tax, corporate tax and international tax. Ms. Brown also is a former trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division.
 
David Brunori, research professor of public policy and public administration, is an expert in state and local tax policy. He can comment on the nuances of local taxes as well as state and local tax and budget politics.
