WHAT:
Please join the George Washington University Law School’s Environmental and Energy Law program for the 2025 annual J.B. and Maurice C. Shapiro Environmental Law Symposium. The 2025 Shapiro Environmental Law Symposium will address the transnational challenges that often come at a significant cost to social equality, environmental health, and the well-being of local populations by examining the intersection of environmental protection, human rights, and foreign investment within the context of arbitration between foreign investors and host states.
