French Ambassador to US to Speak at GW

EVENT:
The ambassador of France to the United States, Philippe Etienne, will speak at the George Washington University. Mr. Etienne will discuss the state of Europe and France’s role in continental politics. The event, hosted by the Institute for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies at GW’s Elliott School of International Affairs, will include a moderated question-and-answer session.
