Please join the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs’ Sigur Center for Asian Studies for the 2025 Gaston Sigur Memorial Lecture. This year’s lecture will focus on the evolving weight of the China factor in India’s foreign policy. GW welcomes Ambassador Nirupama Rao to discuss India’s policy options, the changing strategic bilateral and multilateral space, and India’s place in the world.
