The George Washington University marks the 50-year anniversary of the Paris Peace Accords that ended U.S. involvement in the Vietnam War with a daylong panel event examining the lasting impact of the conflict. “Vietnam: A 50 Year Retrospective” brings together war veterans, elected officials, journalists, diplomats, and scholars offering their insights on how the echoes of the Vietnam War continue to resonate five decades later.
