GW Expert Available to Comment on Best Practices for AI in the Classroom

April 6, 2023

Dr. Natalie Milman

As with any technology, AI in the classroom can be useful, but it can frequently provide inaccurate information that is biased (e.g., it generates information from the Internet which can be biased and skewed).

Dr. Natalie B. Milman, Chair of GW’s Department of Educational Leadership and Professor of Educational Technology in the Educational Technology Leadership MA and Human-Technology Collaboration PHD Programs, is available to discuss potential pitfalls of AI like chatGPT and Turnitin, as well as what educators can do to develop proactive, and not just reactive, educational plans for AI technologies.
