Attorney General Merrick Garland is set to appear in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee tomorrow morning. It will be the first time Garland testifies before the 118th Congress. Garland will likely face questions about the Justice Department’s investigations into the handling of classified documents by President Biden and former President Trump. The ongoing investigation into the January 6th insurrection, now led by special counsel Jack Smith, should also be high on the agenda.
