Media Tip Sheet: Bird Flu Found in Michigan Dairy Worker

 In the latest developments of the H5NI virus, a Michigan dairy worker has been infected with the bird flu. This marks the second human case in two months. 

According to state health officials, the worker has recovered and experienced mild symptoms. 

The risk to the public remains low, but the CDC is stepping up precautions for those in close contact with dairy cattle.
