WASHINGTON (July 14, 2026) – Hollywood, along with attorneys general from 11 states, filed a lawsuit on July 13th seeking to block Paramount Skydance's acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. The plaintiffs allege the merger violates antitrust laws and would negatively impact the film and television industry.
