WASHINGTON (May 26, 2026) – The recent Callais decision has had cascading effects on redistricting, multiracial democracy, and civil rights. Spencer Overton, the Patricia Roberts Harris Research professor of law at the George Washington University, is available to discuss the intersection of philanthropy, democracy, and the changing legal landscape that is voting rights and court reform.
Overton can provide insight to the legal and political implications of ongoing redistricting battles as well as court reform debates and their impact on multiracial democracy.
