Media Tip Sheet: Florida Moves to End School Vaccine Mandates

At a news conference today, Florida Surgeon General Joseph A. Ladapo vowed to eliminate mandates for measles, mumps, polio, chicken pox, hepatitis B, and other childhood diseases.

The George Washington University has experts available who can address the risks for children and schools if mandates are rolled back and broader national implications if other states follow Florida’s lead.
