Florida’s six-week abortion ban is set to be implemented on Wednesday.
The strict new abortion ban will prohibit women from undergoing an abortion after six weeks of pregnancy.
Earlier this month, the state Supreme Court deemed the ban enforceable. The ban allows a pregnant person to obtain an abortion in cases of human trafficking, rape or incest but for only up to 15 weeks of pregnancy.
