Media Tip Sheet: Giant Pandas Expected to Return to DC

WASHINGTON (May 30, 2024)—Giant Pandas are expected to return to the DC zoo later this year. The Washington Post reported that The Smithsonian’s National Zoo announced Wednesday that two new giant pandas—Bao Li, 2, male, and Qing Bao, 2, female will be arriving from China later this year.
