WASHINGTON(September 28, 2023)- On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan denied Donald Trump’s request to recuse herself from his federal election obstruction case in Washington D.C. Trump’s attorneys claim that Judge Chutkan has a bias towards the former president. Trump has been indicted four times in 2023 and is currently facing new fraud charges from the state of New York.
