WASHINGTON (September 26, 2023)—New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez is set to appear in court on Wednesday. Menendez and his wife have been charges with three alleged crimes; bribery, honest services fraud and extortion under color of official right. Investigators have searched the Senator’s home and found hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash, gold bars and further possible evidence. The New Jersey senator stands firm in his defense through calls to resign.
