WASHINGTON (March 25, 2024) - Access to the Abortion Drug, Mifepristone, is to be argued tomorrow, Tuesday March 26. According to the Associated Press, Mifepristone is one of the two most widely used abortion pills.
The main question to be answered is whether the FDA overlooked safety problems when it made mifepristone easier to access, including mail-order pharmacies. In a post Roe v Wade world, access to abortions, birth control and reproductive technologies are of increasing controversy.
