Media Tip Sheet: Pence, Christie, Burgum Presidential Campaign Launches

June 7, 2023

The race for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination is getting even more crowded this week. Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie declared his candidacy last night in New Hampshire. Doug Burgum, the little-known yet fabulously wealthy governor of North Dakota, will kick off his longshot bid for the White House today. Finally, former Vice President Mike Pence will announce his entrance today after filing candidacy paperwork earlier this week.

George Washington University faculty experts are available to provide analysis and commentary on this week’s GOP presidential campaign announcements.
