WASHINGTON(August 14, 2023) –In 2022, Southwest Airlines was sued from a former employee regarding the reason of their dismissal from the company: a clash with a union president over anti-abortion and Christianity claims on social media. Southwest lost the religious discrimination trial. Now, on Monday, a federal judge ordered three Southwest lawyers to take Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) Religion classes, mainly over two words and their implications in Southwest’s notice on employee rights.
