Media Tip Sheet: Supreme Court Docket 24-25 Term

WASHINGTON (June 2, 2025)- The Supreme Court 24-25 term comes to a close at the end of June, but there’s still a variety of cases to still be decided.

Lower courts and the Trump administration have added more cases to this term’s emergency docket. The Associated Press reported that “Trump administration lawyers have filed emergency appeals with the nation’s highest court a little less than once a week on average since Trump began his second term.”

Gavoor is an internationally recognized scholar in constitution law, national security, American administrative law, artificial intelligence, and federal courts.
