WASHINGTON (June 26, 2026) – The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Trump administration in two key immigration cases. These cases allowed the administration to end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for hundreds of thousands of migrants and open the door to reviving a policy limiting access to asylum seekers at the U.S./Mexico border. These decisions mark a significant expansion of executive authority over immigration policy.
