WASHINGTON (April 8, 2025)- The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump administration to enforce the Alien Enemies Act “for now” according to CNN. The Alien Enemies Act of 1798 grants the President authority to detain or deport non-citizens from enemy nations during wartime or invasion.
