WASHINGTON (September 18, 2023)—The United Nations will host world leaders Tuesday, September 19thto discuss the war in Ukraine, climate change, debt relief and increasing divisions. The United States will be the only representation of the five permanent members of the Security Council. In addition to the aforementioned agenda, Volodymyr Zelensky will be there for the first time in person since the beginning of the war in Ukraine.
