U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is expected to meet with Chinese counterpart, Admiral Dong Jun, at a defense conference in Singapore this week. According to the Associated Press, it will be the first meeting between the two defense leaders since a phone call in April and comes as the U.S. and China are working to reportedly warm relations between the two countries.
