WASHINGTON (June 26, 2025) – Last week the United States Supreme Court ruled on U.S. v Skrmetti, allowing Tennessee and other states to ban gender-affirming care for minors.
Critics view the decision as more than a ban on gender-affirming care, but a continuation of war on women, a major stepback for transgender rights, and harmful to the LGBTQ+ movement.
