EVENT:
The George Washington University, in partnership with the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service, will host the 2017 Local Foods Impact Conference, bringing together leaders from government, the private sector, academic and nonprofit organizations to explore how best to measure the impacts of local food investments. Georgia Commissioner of Agriculture Gary Black and Former Whole Foods Market CEO Walter Robb, retail consultant, will deliver keynote remarks at the two-day conference.

The conference will include the following sessions:
