WASHINGTON (June 24, 2025) – The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump administration to deport immigrants to countries where they are not citizens, reversing a lower court’s order. A federal judge in Boston had previously ruled that such deportations could not proceed unless individuals were given proper notice and a fair opportunity to claim protection under U.S. laws.
