Cybersecurity leader Kevin Mandia, CEO of FireEye, will visit the George Washington University to discuss the need for rules of engagement in cyber space, cyber strategy and deterrence, including the consequences of “bad behavior,” advances in attribution, the role of the private sector and the state of the cyber market. Frank Cilluffo, director of the GW Center for Cyber and Homeland Security, will moderate the discussion, including an audience question-and-answer session.
