Mifepristone

WASHINGTON(December 13, 2023)—The Supreme Court announced that it will hear and decide the case whether to limit access to a key abortion drug this term. Mifepristone  was approved by the FDA more than 20 years ago and is used in more than half of all abortions in the United States. The pick up of this case re-opens the polarizing issue of reproductive rights.
