The Ambassador of Peru to the United States, Carlos Pareja, will speak at the George Washington University. Amb. Pareja will discuss current events in Peru and the country’s relationship with the U.S. The event, hosted by GW’s Elliott School of International Affairs, will include a moderated question-and-answer session.
