United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein will speak at the George Washington University about contemporary challenges for human rights. Amb. Keith M. Harper, a former U.S. permanent representative to the U.N. Human Rights Council, will moderate the discussion, hosted by the GW Elliott School of International Affairs’ Institute for Security and Conflict Studies.
