There’s a growing push among U.S. state legislatures and Congress to allow workers the opportunity to try a four-day workweek. According to CBS News, at least half a dozen states are considering various forms of legislation to make four-day workweeks more common. The latest buzz around a four-day workweek comes in part due to a recent study of 61-companies in the UK that found employees working four days a week reported less stress and burnout alongside better work-life balance.
