Media Tip Sheet: Supreme Court Decides National Pork Producers Council v Ross

WASHINGTON (May 11, 2023)- On Thursday, the United States Supreme Court issued their decision on National Pork Council v Ross. The opinion sided with Ross, solidifying that any out-of-state pork manufacturers wishing to sell in the state of California, must abide by the state’s animal well-being protocols.
