Washington (December 6, 2023)—The recall of the journey and life of Tokitae, the orca began in the 1970s and has influenced Animal Law ever since. The Washington Post just shared a Deep Reads “After half a century in a tank, a beloved orca was about to be freed. Then her life ended, and a moment of reckoning began.”
