WASHINGTON(November 27, 2023)— In September, a Colorado judge heard an argument in attempt to remove Donald Trump from the 2024 election ballot due to the 14th Amendment’s “insurrectionist ban” and his Jan. 6 efforts. Colorado state court heard persuasive arguments on both sides, and while the ruling came down that Trump can run again, the judge was “evidently discomforted by her own conclusions”(Colorado Newsline).
