Severe winter weather is expected to snarl holiday travel plans. Many parts of the United States are bracing for heavy snow or rain, strong winds and freezing temperatures throughout the rest of the week, likely to impact major hubs across the country. Many airlines are already offering waivers for flight change fees. It comes as AAA expects nearly 113 million Americans to travel from December 23rd to January 2nd.
